Forget the powdered juice and carbonated soft drinks. The best way to cool off this summer is to make your very own Watermelon and Pineapple Shake.

I freeze the watermelon and pineapple chunks. Once frozen, I put them in the blender, add a little bit of sugar and water, and voila! We have the perfect thirst-quencher. Rich in vitamins, none of the preservatives, and guaranteed to shoo the heat away. And cheap!
